Life Mission Statement

Mission Statement

To live a life that gives Glory to God by serving Him and His people. To be a positive influence in my home, church, place of occupation and community. To spread the Word of God and love of Christ to the world. 

My Guide

I am guided by the Holy Spirit that dwells within me. I will take heed to the Holy Spirit’s direction and follow accordingly.

Relationships

God: I will love the Lord thy God with all my heart and soul. God is first in my life. 

Jesus: I will love Jesus as my Lord and Savior and Son of the Father. In loving Him, I will seek to obey His commandments

Holy Spirit: I will love the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit). I will follow the Holy Spirit as He guides me

Wife: I will love my wife as Christ loves the Church. I will sacrifice for her as Christ sacrificed for the Church.  I will develop a relationship with my wife that is based on love, honesty, respect, patience, kindness and trust. I will view my wife as my partner in life

Children: I will love and provide for my children. I will teach them the ways of the Lord so they will not depart from it. I will support them in anything they want to do in life. I will dedicate my life to be a positive role model for my children and pour life into my children with my words

Other Family: I will love my entire family and be the best son, brother, uncle, cousin that I can be. I will live a life that will seek to help my family spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally and financially

Friends: I will live a life where my friends will know me as a loving, kind, patient, helpful, encouraging and loyal friend who will be there until the end

Church Family: I will love my church family as if they are my own family. I will be there to help and pray for those church family members who need help and encouragement

Work: I will perform my job as I am working for the Lord. I will also establish relationships with my co-workers that is based on mutual respect. I will be obedient to my manager

Community: I will love my neighbors as I love myself. I will respect every person that I encounter. I will try my best to help those who cannot help themselves

Self: I will not compromise my principles and/or dreams based upon the opinion or disapproval of others. I will be true to myself and my purpose, in doing so I will become a better husband, father, son, friend, uncle, employee, minister, and more importantly, a better man of God!
